Subscription Status & Information

To check your subscription status, please log in to your account and click your account settings button (cog-wheel icon).
From there you will be able to manage, update, or cancel your subscription. If for any reason you are unable to log in to your account, please include your invoice number when reaching out to us. We will provide you with a response as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

No refunds are issued on subscriptions or purchases, and all products, services, and collectibles are made available as-is. We will, however, do our best to assist you if there is anything you are not satisfied with. Please contact us at support@sprites.gg for further assistance.
